Supported orders are prepared and dispatched through our European warehouse and logistics network according to product availability and delivery destination.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays affecting the relevant warehouse or carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
1. European Fulfilment
Supported European orders may be dispatched from selected warehouse or fulfilment locations within Europe according to product availability and delivery destination.
The warehouse or carrier used for an individual order may vary by model, stock availability, parcel size and destination.
The final amount applicable to your order, including any shipping charge or applicable tax collected by the store, is shown before payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected European countries, regions and supported postcodes.
Some islands, remote areas, restricted-access locations or postcodes may not be eligible for delivery or may require additional delivery time.
Delivery availability for your address is confirmed during checkout.
3. Delivery Times and Tracking
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 3–5 business days.
The typical total delivery time is therefore approximately 4–6 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, peak periods, severe weather, transport disruption or carrier delays.
After dispatch, you will normally receive an email containing your tracking number and, where available, a link to the carrier website.
The first tracking update may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number has been created.

4. Delivery Problems
If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and tracking number. For damaged deliveries, please also provide photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product where possible.
Our team will review the available delivery information and, where appropriate, open an enquiry with the carrier.
If an order is confirmed as lost or not delivered, the appropriate resolution may include replacement, re-delivery, cancellation or refund according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
5. Returns
Approved returns are handled through the return route applicable to the relevant order and destination.
Please do not return a scooter, battery, charger or other product before receiving approval and return instructions from our customer service team.
Do not send products to the Hong Kong registered office or to an address shown on the original parcel unless that address has been specifically confirmed for your return.
