This policy applies to orders purchased directly from kukirinbuy.com.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. After contacting us, the product must normally be sent back within a further 14 calendar days.

Before returning anything, contact support@kukirinbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send the product until we confirm the correct return address and instructions.

Return Conditions

Please return the product securely packed with all supplied accessories, chargers, keys, manuals, tools, and other included items.

You may inspect the product only as reasonably necessary. If the product has been used, damaged, modified, or returned with missing items, a lawful deduction may be made for the actual reduction in value.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return or an order placed by mistake, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming product, eligible return shipping costs will be covered. We may request reasonable photos or video to review the issue.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. After the designated warehouse receives and records the return, refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Extra charges for premium or upgraded delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

Important

Use only the return address confirmed by our support team. Returns sent to an unconfirmed address may be delayed or refused.

Products purchased through Amazon, another marketplace, retailer, or website must be returned through the seller shown on the order.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
