Request document →Abre la biblioteca propia del modelo para ajustes, uso y vídeos de reparación verificados.
Abrir centro de vídeos →Confirm the model/version, tighten only user-serviceable fasteners to documented values, check tyres and brakes, and fully understand the controls before riding.
Read safety checks →A code can mean different things on different controllers or display versions. Record the exact code and send a clear photo before replacing parts.
Stop riding if the scooter loses braking or steering control, shows battery swelling, smoke, unusual heat, burning smell, exposed wiring or repeated power interruption. Switch it off when safe, disconnect the charger and contact support. Do not open the battery pack or sealed electrical enclosure.
Use only the list linked here or supplied directly by support for the matching product version.
Send displayed code →Photograph the full display, note when the code appears, describe whether the scooter powers on, and include the model label and serial number.
Submit evidence →Confirm external connectors are fully seated only where the manual identifies them as user-checkable. Do not bypass safety systems or substitute incompatible components.
Ask support →These are intake checks, not repair instructions. Stop when the check requires opening a sealed component, bypassing a safety device or working beyond the published manual.
Confirm the battery has been charged with the specified charger, the charger and socket show no visible damage, and the power control is being used as described in the matching manual. Record any display response. Stop if there is unusual heat, swelling, smell, smoke or damaged wiring.
Record the charger indicator before and after connection, the battery level or display response, charging duration, room temperature and any visible damage. Use only the specified charger. Do not open the charger, battery pack or sealed electrical enclosure.
Stop riding until the cause is identified if braking, steering, wheel security or structural safety may be affected. Photograph the relevant area without dismantling unsafe components and contact support with the model, serial number and a short video where safe to record.
Model name alone may not be enough. Production revision, connector, voltage, side and mounting position can affect compatibility.
Provide the model label, serial number, purchase date and clear photos of the full scooter.
Show the affected part, connector, mounting points and any printed part number without dismantling unsafe components.
Use the model-specific listing or receive compatibility confirmation from support before ordering.
Find parts →The model is prefilled. Add the purchase channel, order number, serial number, symptoms and a shareable evidence link.
