Orders and Accounts

You must provide accurate billing, delivery, payment and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation or another clear acceptance notice. We may cancel an order before acceptance because of stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, delivery restrictions, legal requirements or an obvious pricing error. Any eligible payment will be returned without undue delay.

Products and Performance

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, images and stock information accurate. Minor differences in colour, packaging or production details may occur, but the product must remain materially consistent with the confirmed description.

Range, speed, charging time and other performance figures are estimates. Actual results may vary according to rider weight, route, weather, temperature, battery condition, settings, tyre pressure and other real-world conditions.

Prices and Payment

The total price, including any applicable shipping charge, is shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be successfully authorised before fulfilment.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch for supported destinations. The estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation applies to the individual order and is not a guaranteed appointment time.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, inaccurate address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Eligible cancellations, returns, refunds, repairs, replacements and warranty claims are handled under the policies published on this website and applicable law.
